Yvette Harris

Founder & CEO

Yvette Harris, CEO and founder of e4sSolutions, LLC is a national coaching and consulting organization that focuses on ensuring success of early career professionals and college students.

With more than 18 years in engineering and manufacturing Yvette has a MS in Engineering Management (Drexel) and a BS in chemical engineering (UC Berkeley). She is certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSB), and Certified Manager of Quality – Organizational Excellence (CMQ-OE). Yvette has held several engineering organizational titles of Senior Manager Quality, Global Manufacturing Technology Program Manager, Regional Quality/Continuous Improvement Manager, NA Powder Coating Business Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Energy Engineering Consultant, Sales, Technical Services Leader, Lead Process Engineering, and Production Engineering.

Yvette is also a certified Targeted Selection Recruiter and has recruited for 18 years at colleges, universities, engineering sponsored career fairs, and engineering society recruiting events. She has consulted, mentored and coached many early career professionals and college students throughout her career.

Becky Blum Copeland

Partner & COO

Becky Blum Copeland – Has joined the e4sSolutions Executive Board. e4sSolutions is a national coaching and consulting organization that focuses on ensuring the success of early career engineers and engineering students.

With more than 20 years of experience, Mrs. Blum Copeland has extensive experience in a variety of industries that includes Specialty Silicone, Fluorochemical and Fluoropolymer Manufacturing, Refining, R&D, Semiconductors, Corporate Engineering, Healthcare and Consulting. She has held a variety of roles including Manufacturing Engineer, First Line Supervisor, EHS Coordinator and Manager, Engineering Supervisor and Change Management Consultant with the most recent being a Site Manufacturing Manager. Throughout these years, she has fueled her passion for helping others be successful in their careers by mentoring, coaching, supervising, recruiting and interviewing hundreds of Early Career Engineers and Engineering Students. Mrs. Blum Copeland holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Sean Copeland

Sean Copeland – Has joined the e4sSolutions Executive Board as the Chief Technology Officer. e4sSolutions is a national coaching and consulting organization that focuses on ensuring the success of early career engineers and engineering students.

With more than 18 years of experience, Mr. Copeland has worked in industries that include the United States Military, Retail, Non-profit World Wide Disaster Relief Organization, and Software. He has held a variety of leadership roles including Platoon Leader, Maintenance Manager, Budget Officer, Retail Operations Manager, Disaster Relief Warehouse Manager, and Technical Account Manager. Mr. Copeland is a US Army veteran, holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Dr. Delaina A. Allen

Advisor

Dr. Delaina A. Allen is an experienced tenure professor, research scientist and leader with plus years of accomplishments in the areas of inks, materials, formulation, materials incorporation, and product development. Before becoming a University of Louisville Chemical Engineering Professor she lead research teams in a Fortune 500 Company in R&D and in several direct lines of business. Dr. Amos leads and advises a group of graduate students in chemical engineering towards their Masters and PhD degrees.

Delaina has over 28 years of experience, she earned her BS in Chemical Engineering from University of Virginia, MS and PhD in Chemical Engineering both from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Anita Bledsoe-Gardner

Advisor

Dr. Anita Bledsoe-Gardner is an Assistant Professor of Criminology at Johnson C. Smith University (Charlotte, North Carolina). Dr. Bledsoe-Gardner has worked as principal investigator and co-principal investigator to facilitate research projects in the substantive areas of community safety (in concert with Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department), victimology, and juvenile delinquency. With her educational experiences and business acumen, she also currently serves as a consultant for the United States Department of Justice, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Department of Education.  Notwithstanding, Dr. Bledsoe-Gardner has served as a research consultant for the Minister of Education in St. Kitts, Basseterre, West Indies. In 2002, she developed and implemented an international mentoring program for the Minister of Education of St. Kitts, Basseterre.  Her work with youth is also underscored by serving as a School Crisis Counselor for Gwinnett, Rockdale and Union Counties where she served as court liaison for a tri-county area.

Dr. Bledsoe Gardner has presented and published several professional papers during her tenure as a university professor; recent examples of such work found in Community Disasters and Community Disaster Recovery and Resiliency: Exploring Global Opportunities and Challenges, Journal of Applied Security, Journal of Faculty Development, Sage Publications, and The Researcher.  She has also secured grant funding ranging over 3 million dollars for non-profit organizations.   She serves as a faculty research mentor to several undergraduate students. Additionally, Anita is the 2013 recipient of the Social Scientist of the Year Award from Brookhaven Mississippi Alumni Association, Incorporated and a fellow for the Pan African Cultural Heritage Institute. Dr. Bledsoe-Gardner is also a member of several professional and social organizations, including but not limited to, American Criminal Justice Association, Southern Sociological Association, Mid-South Association (former president), and South Carolina Probation and Parole Association.
